Travel and accommodation policies are available below for review and download. Please read these policies before completing your registration and use them in determining your travel and accommodation plans for the Healthy Families Training Institute. If you need overnight accommodations, you must select it on the registration page. The deadline to register for accommodations is August 18, 2017.
The Desmond Hotel credit card authorization form must be completed in advance by each individual who requests overnight accommodations for the institute. Please download and complete the form below and fax it directly to The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center at 518-640-6069 by September 1, 2017. Please confirm receipt by the hotel by calling the reservationist at 518-640-6120.

Directions
- From the West
- Take NYS Thruway East (I-90) to Exit 24. Then follow signs for I-87N (the Northway) towards Montreal. From 87N take Exit 4 (Wolf Road). At the light at the bottom of the ramp take a left; at the following light make a left onto Albany-Shaker Road. The hotel is about ¼ mile ahead on the left.
- From the East
- Go West on the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 1B. The road turns into I-90 West near the border of NY. Follow I-90 West to Exit 1N to get onto I-87 (the Northway). Take I-87 north to Exit 4 (Wolf Road). At the bottom of the ramp take a left; at the following light make a left onto Albany-Shaker Road. The hotel is about ¼ mile ahead on the left.
- From the NYS Thruway
- Exit 24 to the I-87N (the Northway). Follow signs toward Montreal. Take Exit 4 (Wolf Road). At the light at the bottom of the ramp take a left; at the following light make a left onto Albany-Shaker Road. The hotel is about ¼ mile ahead on the left.
- From the South
- Take Exit 4 (Wolf Road) off of I-87. At the light at the bottom of the ramp take a left; at the following light make a left onto Albany-Shaker Road. The hotel is about ¼ mile ahead on the left.
- From the North
- Take Exit 4 (Wolf Road) off of I-87. At the bottom of the ramp take a left; at the following light make a right onto Albany-Shaker Road. The hotel is on the left.
